Meet Chef John Talman IV, the heart behind CrabTown Curbs.
I’m proud to say I’ve been serving everyone from my food truck for over 10 years now. I’ve learned so much with your help, feedback, and support along the way.
I was born and raised in Annapolis and have lived around the bay all my life. This place—and the people here—inspire me to create dishes rooted in the flavors of the Chesapeake.
I’m fortunate to have more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including time at Middleton’s Tavern, The Chart House, and Main Ingredient. Those kitchens sharpened my skills and deepened my passion for running this business.
My cooking style is down-home Annapolitan comfort food. I love working with fresh ingredients and balancing them just right so every bite feels like home. My commitment to you is simple: serve daily fresh food with awesome flavor and treat people right.
